I tumbled from one life experience to another, never finding my feet, constantly experiencing creative blocks and lacking vitality. Carmen wisely accompanied me throughout my journey, lovingly guiding me to face each challenge without suffering, through the beauty of her meditations and the joy of enjoying myself both in a group and alone. Her therapies have given me back the power over my life; I am within myself without needing to meditate or wait for a future. Everything has become present, including me.
